1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the use of Widget Builder between JASP.eu GmbH (hereinafter “Provider”) and the customer.
2. Subject of the contract
The provider provides the customer with a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for creating custom widgets for Staffbase intranets.
3. Scope of services
The scope of services depends on the selected plan (STARTER, PRO or ENTERPRISE).
4. Contract term and termination
- STARTER plan: Free, no minimum term
- PRO plan: Monthly or annually cancelable
- ENTERPRISE plan: Individual agreement
5. Prices and payment terms
Current prices can be found on our website.
6. Data protection
The provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.
7. Liability
The provider is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
