What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are by invoice. The STARTER plan is free. PRO and ENTERPRISE plans are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis (as chosen).
Can I cancel at any time?
It depends on the plan. STARTER can be canceled at any time without notice. PRO and ENTERPRISE have a minimum contract term of 1 month (monthly billing) or 1 year (annual billing) with a 30-day notice period at the end of the respective billing period.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prices are calculated proportionally.
Is there a free trial?
The STARTER plan is free and can be used indefinitely. For PRO and ENTERPRISE, we offer a 30-day trial without a credit card.
